The Yoga Wheel is an active prop used to enhance balance, strength & flexibility by providing additional support. During this workshop with Paul Meinser, students will learn how to incorporate the wheel into their Asana Practice using the wheel to assist and enhance existing poses.
Open up the heart , deepen your stretches, engaging the core to do supported backbends using the Wheel as your guide.
